Experience
Felipe Furcolin has extensive experience in regulatory and corporate law, particularly in the electricity sector, where he played leadership roles in legal and regulatory departments.
Felipe has been directly involved in strategic contracts (including turbine supply agreements and module supply agreements), M&As, project finance, capital markets and corporate law.
With respect to regulatory matters, Felipe was responsible for the relationship with regulatory authorities and legislators in the energy sector, as well as monitoring relevant normative changes and implementing regulatory compliance.
Felipe has been part of the energy and regulatory team at Machado Meyer Sendacz Opice Advogados and the legal and regulatory teams at Omega Energia, serving as Head of Regulatory Affairs.

Experience
Marcos has outstanding experience in public law, particularly in regulated infrastructure sectors, third-sector partnerships, and complex administrative contracts.
Marcos worked at the Parceiros da Educação NGO, at Advocacia Waltenberg law firm, at ARTESP (Transport Regulatory Agency of the State of São Paulo), and at the Secretary of Government of the State of São Paulo, where he held various leadership roles. In the Subsecretary of Partnerships and Innovation, he was involved in the modeling of PPPs and infrastructure concessions, managing partnerships with the third sector, and formulating contracts aimed at innovation and social impact generation.
He also served as the President of the Energy Guidance Council at ARSESP (Regulatory Agency for Sanitation and Energy of the State of São Paulo), Coordinator of the State Public Spending Management Committee, and Fiscal Councilor for state-owned companies (PRODESP, CPSEC, DESENVOLVE SP, and CDHU).
